I provide a confidential, safe and professional environment for individual sessions where you can share, explore and reflect on the emotional, mental and behavioural issues which you may be finding troubling or difficult to work through.

Psychotherapy offers a space to talk with a professionally trained therapist, face to face, on a weekly basis about issues which are affecting your emotional, mental and behavioural well-being.
How I Work
Therapy may begin as a daunting experience with each person’s needs and expectations being unique. With this in mind, I work sensitively allowing and being present to whatever you choose to bring into the room.

My Psychotherapy rooms are located within a quiet and comfortable environment at St Paul's/Bank in the City of London (EC4R 1BB). This location is easily accessible from Bank, Monument, St Paul's, Mansion House and Cannon Street stations. There is a large reception area (open 0900 - 1730) which you are welcome to use before we meet.
